How do I find the status of my order?
For questions regarding the shipping status of your order, check for a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you still have questions, please contact us. We want to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
You should receive a confirmation email for each order that includes a tracking number. Just note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active, so check back later if tracking hasn’t yet been uploaded.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re happy to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. Just send us an email with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we can’t change an order after it’s been placed. If the item hasn't yet been sent to production, we will try our best, but there are no guarantees.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping typically happens between one to four days after the order was placed, depending on the product you have purchased. Any items that take longer than 4 days before shipping will be marked in the product description.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the contiguous United States typically takes 7-9 days from the day of your order, but can take up to 12 business days. Sometimes we stock special items that take longer. They will be marked on the product description. Tote Bags typically take 2 weeks, but can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping to Canada typically takes 1-2 weeks from the day of your order, but can take up to 21 business days. Sometimes we stock special items that take longer. They will be marked on the product description.
Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
In some cases, yes. Please contact us if you need something shipped quickly and we'll see what we can do.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the United States and Canada. If you want an order shipped outside these areas, you can contact us with what you want to order and we see if arrangements can be made. We are hoping to be able to offer international orders in the future.

Can I return my item?
If your item is flawed, printed incorrectly, or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include pictures of the problem, if possible. If your item doesn't fit you, please see the next question. Otherwise, all sales are final once shipped.
My order doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
We’re sorry your item doesn’t fit! You may exchange it for a different size within 7 days of your item arriving, as long as it hasn't been washed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will walk you through the process.
